This EP was originally released as a tiny edition of CD-R's that were given to friends around 20 years ago. I was listening to a lot of House music at the time and wanted to make MY version of House without the traditional kicks and high-hats and funk, sort of an Industrial-Noise take on dance music. The results were not entirely pleasant, but were at least somewhat compelling. I have remastered these tracks and lightly re-edited them in an attempt to make a more concise statement.

The title comes from a classified ad that I paranoiacally imagined was an activation code for a revolutionary force scouring the backs of newspapers for the secret message that would launch them into action. In reality, it was simply the contact info for a guy who was selling a used limousine.
